Kathleen has been a bi-coastal mediator transforming disputes and relationships for over 700 cases both private and in court.
Kathleen is one of the giants that students from around the world are lucky to stand on the shoulders of. She coaches numerous teams for competitions, helps students in their endaevors, and is the brainchild behind Mediateguru.com
Mr. Swapnesh Ikkurthi is a 2021 graduate from Jindal Global Law School. His passion lies in negotiation. So passionate is he about his craft, that he has chosen to take the path less taken and practise this field as a Business Development Executive.

Mr. Swapnesh Ikkurthi is a 2021 graduate from Jindal Global Law School. His passion lies in negotiation. So passionate is he about his craft, that he has chosen to take the path less taken and practise this field as a Business Development Executive.
He is an SCMA Accredited mediation advocate and during his days as a student, has proudly represented and won honours for his country and university at several mediation and negotiation competitions such as Warsaw Negotiation Rounds, IMSG Singapore and MediateGuru Mediation Competition. Also, as a student, Swapnesh co-founded ODRC, India's first Online and International Commercial Negotiation Competition. After graduation he functions as an ardent advocate for mediation by coaching teams, judging for ADR competitions and most importantly, being a part of Vivad Sankalp – an organization that seeks to reduce India’s huge stockpile of pending civil cases.
Yashika Bhartia is a penultimate year law student at O.P Jindal Global University and works part time as Kathleen's teaching assistant. She discovered mediation through ADR competitions in her second year and then realized that this was her calling.

To Yashika, mediation is about harmony in relationships and mutual growth. As a part of Vivad Sankalp, she is keen to see this goal play out in India someday.
Pallav Bhargava is a fourth year BBA-LLB student at Army Law College, Pune. He's taken training from Kathleen and has been associated with her as an intern prior to present post.

Pallav believes ADR to be the dispute resolution of the next generation and is interested to not only learn and practice it, but also promote it in his work field.

She believes that justice is served to and for those who fight for the same. Her areas of interest are Alternative Dispute Resolution, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Righ
Parinaaz Sood is a 4th Year BBA.LLB student at Army Law College, Pune. She has interned at various firms in Delhi which include Earnst & Young and Dua Associates. She believes that justice is served to and for those who fight for the same. Her areas of interest are Alternative Dispute Resolution, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Rights, and International Law. Her main aim in pursuing law is to work towards animal welfare and serve justice for them. She is also a sportsperson who is a zonal level swimmer and Nationals in Basketball. Her hobbies apart from the above-mentioned include - Playing guitar, Debating, Hitting the gym and Reading Non-fiction. Lastly, Parinaaz truly believes in the words of Isiah Berlin, "Freedom for the wolves has often meant death to the sheep".
Garv Sultania is a law graduate working in the field of Dispute Resolution at Olive Law. He came across mediation through professors at college and ADR competitions.
In pursuance of his professional career in dispute resolution he is on track to complete an accreditated Mediation course with the Edwards Academy.
